Roger Hayes (your constituent) may or may not be right in his reasons for withholding his Council tax, but putting him in prison IS illegal. Debtors’ Prisons were abolished many, many years ago. Bad enough that it was done at all, but the WAY it was done was diabolical! Turn your back on this (when you have a voice which can be heard), & you become party to it.
Sadly, there is a great deal of criminality in our courts by those who purport to be part of the forces of ‘Law & Order’.
I have personal experience: Why else would I, AT HE AGE OF 86, flee the land of my birth – THE LAND FOR WHICH I FOUGHT IN WORLD WAR 2, – & seek sanctuary abroad? Tragically, since the end of WW2, Quislings have done by stealth that which Hitler failed to do by force, turning Britain into an Orwellian Police State. The fact that ALL MPs turn a deliberate blind eye is the main reason why corruption in our courts is flourishing.
Covert Quislings hold many positions of power & influence in Britain. Are you one of them? I hope not.

MY REWARD? To be put in prison last year at the age 85: SUPPOSEDLY for Contempt of Court, but really to silence me (as they hope to do with Roger Hayes). Because they have STILL not stopped me speaking out against corruption, the Quislings are desperate to put me in prison again – at the age of 86! Hence my flight. Would they go to such lengths to silence me if I were some old fool shouting his mouth off? No, they would laugh at me. The fact is, I have a great deal of evidence: THAT is why the Quislings are so desperate to shut me up!
Much was made last year of the 70th anniversary of the first of the Arctic Russian Convoys of WW2. MPs, Press, TV & Radio Commentators vied with each other expressing ‘The Debt the Nation Owes to Those Men’, only 200 of whom are now left.
NOT A WORD from the commentators (or MPs) that one of those men (me) was languishing in the Hell-Hole which is Armley Gaol!

PS: Though I am not one of your constituents, I DO have a connection with Wirral, HAVING BEEN TERRORISED by STAZI-LIKE POLICE THERE! You may see a video of Roger Hayes speaking outside Wirral Magistrates’ Court where he had gone to support two men who were being prosecuted over the arrest of a District Judge in Birkenhead Court. Roger Hayes said, inter alia, “It is having numbers of people such as now, which keeps us safe.” WHILE HE WAS SPEAKING, I was 100 yards away in the back of a 2’6″ square cage in the back of a police van in a police station yard. I too had gone to that court, intending to go into the public gallery as an observer, but had barely stepped through the door from the street when I was pounced on by Stazi like police, dragged off in handcuffs, taken through the police station reception area at a rush & into the van. There I was kept for almost three hours before being dragged out of the van, thrown to the ground, spread-eagled against a van to be photographed by a grinning policewoman, told I was being ‘de-arrested’, & released without charge. My own MP, George Galloway knows of all this but is not interested. For all he professes to be a ‘maverick’, he is no more inclined to rock the boat than other MPs. Frank Field, another Wirral MP, did show some concern when first told of it, but soon lost interest. NS.
